The hotel offered excellent value for money, with prices that were affordable and reasonable. The location in downtown was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and conveniently accessible from the airport. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. Despite some minor issues mentioned in other reviews, the rooms were warm and cozy, providing a good night's sleep.

Room cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel's location is right in the city center, close to the historic Roman theatre.

I loved the attention to detail, like the wooden windows with plants that provided a refreshing breeze in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention to the boy who went out of his way to assist me during my stay.

The only small improvement I would suggest is to add one more light in the room, as it can be a bit dim at night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Amman and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the location is absolutely fantastic! Situated right in the heart of the city, it allowed me to easily explore all the attractions without having to worry about uphill walks. The bustling surroundings added to the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding. Despite arriving very late at night, the receptionist warmly welcomed us and even went the extra mile by providing us with water. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness truly made our stay memorable.
